Updated 2025 Review: Just when we thought they couldn't do any better, they did and they exceeded our every expectation. We had a custom ring made by J.Anthony Jewelers a couple of years ago and had it soldered to an existing wedding band. It was stunning! But after a couple of years, there were a lot of features we realized we wished we would have considered when it came to practicality, functionality, and durability. We reached back out with a long list of changes we'd like to make from a different band, different settings, different crowns, new engravings, et cetera. After countless emails back and forth with Becky including several of our sketches on paper and several of the CAD designs from the jewelers, they managed to pull off every single element we had dreamt of and the end result was even more stunning than we had imagined. We have trusted J.Anthony Jewelers with custom work twice now and would come back to them every time. Their amazing communication, impeccable attention to detail, skills and craftsmanship, along with their willingness and eagerness to make your dreams come true is unmatched and we can't thank everyone there enough for the time and care they put into us and this project. Original 2023 Review: Becky was wonderful to work with and a miracle worker. We came in with an existing engagement ring and wedding band set and wanted to turn the existing engagement ring into a necklace pendant and then create a completely new custom engagement ring with stones we owned to fit with the existing wedding band. To say it was a project is an understatement. There were a lot of moving parts and a lot of ideas thrown around, but the final products were better than we had imagined. We can't thank J. Anthony and Becky enough for turning our dream into reality and for all of their patience and hard work.

Casio G-Shock watch battery replacement and they're the only ones in the Fox Cities who said they could do it. Did a stellar job and, best of all, hada gigantic friendly dog named Miller to hang out with while I waited briefly for the repair.

Brought in two pieces. A watch that had been run over by a car and a tennis bracelet. Great job on both. They’re both being worn again after a long break.

I entered the shop with my wedding ring and my mother’s wedding ring, hoping to merge the two. They were quite distinct rings, and I felt unsure about how to combine them. After discussing it with Ben, we collaborated to devise an ideal solution. I adore my new ring and the meaning it holds.

While shopping for an engagement ring, I was lucky enough to have come to J. Anthony first based off of their amazing reviews. Becky and Ben took the time to go over several options and we ended up doing a completely custom build. Never did I feel like they were just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend J. Anthony for their exceptional professionalism, patience and knowledge. I will be coming back for a custom wedding band when that time comes. My fiance could not be happier with her ring!
